Peter was amazing to work with and very down to earth. He makes you feel comfortable and wants you to be happy with the decisions that you are making. I would HIGHLY recommend Peter and will do for my friends and family. In this whole process I could not be more satisfied with our purchase and choice of realtor. Peter has a great amount of integrity and speaking for both Tash and I we have gained a true friend throughout this process. P.S. Pete we chose you for the god parent lol!

We chose Peter as he came highly recommended to us from a family member that had recently sold and purchased a new home with him. They spoke very highly of Peter, specifically how patient and understanding he was during their home buying process. This turned out to be completely true! Peter was very honest and knowledgeable through the entire process of purchasing our new home. He did a great job of explaining every cost, down to the last nickel. He always checked in with us to make sure we understood what was going on and gave an honest evaluation of what he thought our house was worth. Peter was a great person to work with as we went through the process of purchasing our first home. He never pushed a decision, and always listened to our concerns. He acted quickly on showing properties that would interest us, and was highly invested to ensure we found the right house. We were very pleased with our experience. As first time home buyers, it can be a stressful and confusing time but Peter and Royal LePage made it very easy. They answered any questions we had and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the whole experience. I would recommend Peter to anyone out there looking to purchase a home!

No better out there than Peter. Helpful, knowledgeable, and understands your needs. Worked 27/7 to help me get the sale I wanted for my property.

This is the second time we have had Peter help us! He is extremely knowledgeable and over all a GREAT person to be around! We can’t thank Peter enough for all his help. He made the buying and selling process so easy! We would recommend Peter to everyone!

Peter is a wonderful, helpful, friendly Realtor. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. One thing I liked was that he did not hesitate to provide honest and helpful feedback in a respectful manner. I would recommend him to anyone! Overall, we received excellent, helpful, friendly, courteous service from all members of Royal LePage Regina that we dealt with.

Peter Woldu and his team at Royal Le Page made our first time buying a home easy and stress-free! Peter made us feel confident and comfortable throughout the whole process. He always answered our questions in a timely manner and showed us houses soon after we mentioned an interest. He was thorough in our walk through of the houses and was knowledgeable about things we wouldn’t expect of our real estate agent. Peter not only helped us with picking the house but with all the questions we had about mortgages/home-owning/etc., his knowledge was vast making everything even easier for us. Thank you Peter and your team at Royal Le Page for everything!

Peter happily and patiently showed us a number of homes over the last few years, providing helpful and honest feedback every time. Then when we both knew we found the one, he did everything in his power to close the deal on our behalf at a price we were happy with. Peter really pays attention to his client's needs / preferences and puts those first. He also went above and beyond to make sure we understood and were comfortable with the process. On top of that, he's really easy to work with, removing much of the stress of buying a new home. I now call Peter a friend and can't recommend him enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Regina.

Peter was very approachable, knowledgeable and diligent. He made my entire home buying experience an absolute breeze. Always on time to appointments, great recommendations for potential houses and was very patient with me through the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend Peter to anyone looking to buy/sell a property and is looking to deal with a great guy in the process!
