Peter Woldu (and Paul Woldu when Peter wasn't available) continuously went out of his (their) way to give me the best experience possible. I never felt pressured to commit to a house despite having looked for a place for the past two years. I was never made to feel guilty for taking so long to find a place, having them look at houses that maybe didn't fit all my criteria, or wasting their time. When I did find the perfect house, Peter dropped everything to make sure the offer went in as quickly as possible and that it had a good chance of being accepted. He spent time talking to the other agent and working hard to make sure I got the house. If I ever sell my house (which I don't think I ever will because it's the perfect place for me) I would contact Peter again to handle everything for me. Both Peter and Paul Woldu are excellent across the board. Above everything else I value respectful people and Peter is the most respectful realtor I've ever met (the same being true for his brother Paul). He respected my wish list, objections to houses that weren't quite right, needs of my family, concerns about the buying process, time frame for purchasing...everything. And from respect came trust. My whole experience was excellent because Peter and Paul are excellent people, which makes them excellent at what they do.

Peter was born to do this job. He is a pro and his personality enables him to thrive as a realtor. We have worked with him in the past and if we ever need someone else in the future there is no doubt we would choose Peter.

As a first time home buyer, I was nervous and stressed about the process of looking and purchasing a home. Peter was so great during this whole process. I was grateful that Peter was willing to slow down, when I wanted to slow down when it came to looking at homes. As this was my first purchase, he really walked me through everything and what to expect because I literally had no idea. It made the process stress free.
