Phil couldn’t have been a bigger help in our home buying process. From the very beginning he showed us that he was looking out for us and wanted the best for us. He was always honest and never tried to sell us something that wasn’t in our best interest. He always answered calls, texts, and emails very promptly even when he was sick. He would get showings same day and answer all of our questions which I’m sure he’s heard a million times. He and his partners were very knowledgeable of the area and always made sure to show us a house we wanted to see. Never taking us somewhere we had no interest or that didn’t check the essential boxes on our list. Always kind, respectful, polite, punctual, and helpful. Glad we got to work with him.

Phil was excellent to work with! He went above and beyond to ensure we closed quickly. I live out of state so he handled EVERYTHING for me and communicated with me daily. Definitely recommend!

He represented the buyers for the home we sold. We wish he was our agent. Phil Provenzale is not only strong and knowledgeable but he kept everything on track despite the incompetence and hindrance my agent caused. I was just waiting out the end of my contract with my agent until he came into the picture and it was turned into a positive experience. We had very little contact with our agent so he took it upon himself to keep us up to date with every step and help us keep everything going. He was our de facto agent and we love him for his help. I am not sure how he did it but we are grateful. He is the best! Phil is incredible, he worked hard, he listened, he acted with kindness and he found solutions at every step. I just cant say enough great things about him. Phil Provenzale is the highest quality human being.
