I reside out of town so I found Ms. Palmer to be compassionate and prompt on all the information getting to me. She was always available to answer concerns and clarify information for me. She went above what was expected to move the sale of my home. Ms. Palmer is an astounding individual and she was professional through the entire process.

Phyllis Palmer was wonderful to work with. We feel she went over and above our expectations to get a good price for the property. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying or selling property in the area. You can count on Phyllis to get the job done!
