In my opinion, Quinn Thurin is the best in the business! Quinn Thurin's integrity sets him apart from many. He aggressively markets the property but never seems like a "salesperson". His knowledge of the finer details of the Purchase Agreement proved to be very helpful. I would never hesitate to recommend that friends, family or clients use Quinn as their Realtor of choice. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Quinn Thurin was awesome. The best thing about Quinn was that he was impeccably honest. He never tried to convince us to buy a place in order to make a quick sale. To the contrary, he pointed out reasons why we might not want to buy a place. He told us things we didn't want to hear, which is an ideal quality in an agent. He was extremely accommodating in arranging for Zoom tours of houses because we were remote buyers (which I'm sure is a lot more work for a buyer's agent). He also knew everything about every neighborhood in South Bend, and he had tons of general knowledge about houses. We feel that we made the best choice of agent possible.

Buying a house at any time is stressful, we were also moving across the country to an area we knew nothing about. Additionally we had a number of complications with the sale of our old house. Quinn was a calm, guiding force in the middle of all the chaos. He kept everything moving forward with timely communication and a positive attitude.
