Rachael made excellent suggestions on improvements to the property and had wonderful workers she had ongoing relationships with that actually made the improvements at exceptional prices. She had a great vidiographer who took crisp, clear pictures for the internet adverisements. The house sold in two days at a much higher price than origanally anticipated. There were some challenges with the title and she walked us patiently through all of it. I really can't say enough about how great I think Rachael Real is. She is all of the above and more. She even anticipated concerns and addressed them in advance.

Rachael Real's knowledge of the Elmhurst, Villa Park and Lombard areas is by far the best around. I recall many times I thought I found a great home for our family and after reaching out to Rachael, I found out the reason she had not forwarded the property to us, in 100% of these cases the property was in a flood plain I was not aware of, foundation had issues or there was some other problem Rachael knew would be a deal breaker for me. I like to think I was being proactive, but it turns out I was working harder than I needed to, Rachael was on top of it and never failed to send over a home she knew covered many bases and provided great insight to the area that she knew would benefit our family.
