Rachael Schumann

My husband and I have worked with Rachael previously on multiple properties. We can confidently say that we do not trust anyone else with the purchase/sale of any of our homes. Her communication skills are top notch, she is precise, extremely knowledgeable, pays attention to very fine details, and we have been extremely satisfied with every single outcome. She genuinely loves what she does, and she was with us every step of the way explaining in great detail each step of the process so we fully understood and were confident in making decisions. Rachael takes her time to ensure nothing is rushed, and that we feel like we're making the right decisions along the way. We highly recommend Rachael, she is the best of the best!

Rachael has earned our trust in this transaction and a previous one. She is professional, communicative, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We highly recommend her and would not consider using another agent.

Even with having a baby Rachael made sure my family and myself were able to purchase our dream home. She went above and beyond by any measure frequently and made the process seem simple. Rachael has my highest regards and recommendations for anyone looking to purchase a home.
