I would have to say that hiring Rachel to sell my property was the best move I could of made. It was a very lucky day when a neighbor put us in touch with Rachel Pearson. We had the difficult task of selling our mother's Florida condo from our home in New York. Right away, Rachel got things organized, and the pieces rapidly fell into place. We came down for several days to meet her and dispose of the things that were left. She advised us on what to leave and what to get rid of, what to spruce up or fix, and how to handle all the details and the complicated paperwork. Her knowledge and experience made things seem easy. The few little problems we did encouter did not discourage her in the least - she always had a cheerful, can-do attitude and a speedy solution.
