Rachel Shimon

Great work Rachel, from getting the property on the market, to the showings, to negotiating the offers and making sure I was comfortable with the results.

We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Rachel! As first-time homebuyers, we had so many questions and honestly didn’t know much about the home-buying process going into it. Rachel was there for us every step of the way and made what could have been a very overwhelming process feel so much easier. She was always incredibly easy to get ahold of and responded so quickly whenever we had a question or needed help. We never felt like we were bothering her or asking too many questions. She was patient, knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain things to us so we actually understood what was happening. One of the things we appreciated most was how much Rachel advocated for us. She truly had our best interests in mind and made sure we felt comfortable with every decision. We always felt like she was in our corner and fighting to get us the best outcome possible. Buying our first home was a huge milestone for us, and we are so grateful that Rachel was the person who helped

Rachel Shimon was wonderful to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, provided exceptional market insights that helped us price our home appropriately, and kept us informed every step of the way with clear and consistent communication. We truly appreciated her professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process.
