Rachelle Fernow was an excellent agent. Even though the process of finding a home took much longer than we originally envisioned she stuck with us. Rachelle was there every step of the way. Her knowledge and advise was very valuable in our journey. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who wants to buy a home.

Rachelle is a pleasure to work with. She's knowledgeable, professional and kind. She sees things that might go unnoticed by others, and always has her client's best interests at heart. We highly recommend her for any real estate issue or transaction you might have.

When we first started working with Rachelle, she re-arranged her weekend plans to assist us last minute as we were looking to relocate to the areaand was very knowledgeable about the market and area. She was very patient with us & also viewed a property that I was unable to travel to see as soon as it came on the market - it was going to be a popular home. We did bid, but got beat by a cash offer that fell through, Rachelle immediately called to see if we wanted to place our offer again as we had been set on another home. She writes offers that are very specific, she follows through to ensure that all items on contingency are met. She even collaborated with the seller's agent to get better pricing for their repairs. She has still been in touch after the sale and has told us not to be strangers and was a great welcome to a new community. I would recommend her without hesitation, definitely has her clients best interest & wants you to be happy and confident in your purchase.

She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and amazingly pleasant to work with. After our experience working with Rachelle we will never use anyone else. Extremely thankful for her and her dedication to her craft and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.

I did not make it easy for Rachelle as I moved to Thailand while my house was up for sale and she had to take care of everything by herself. She did not let anything interfere with her handling of every situation that occurred however even though some things proved to be quite challenging ( ground squirrels for instance). Everything went remarkably smooth due to her professionalism and determination. I would not hesitate to obtain her services in the future (if I ever moved back to Arizona) or highly recommend her services to others. 100 star rating. She went above and beyond in fulfilling her realtor obligations.

Rachelle was always professional and knows the area well. She provided guidance when I needed it and helped walk me through the process. My house was older and needed some repair, Rachelle helped calm my anxiety and provided me with referals for contractors to provide estimates for the work. I also hired Rachelle to help me find a new home and I was not surprised with the same level of service she provided on the other end of home buying. I would highly recommend Rachelle to anyone looking to sell or buy or both.

Awesome realtor, went over and above what was expected. Truly helpful.
