These included setting a price range, what improvements or repairs to undertake and negotiating the final sales prices. Raini also has a very good group of experienced handymen, movers, painters, pest control firms and escrow agents which she arranged to help move this process along. She also covered the cost of many of these services. Selling a house is a very stressful process and Raini was always willing to find a solution to keep moving the process ahead.
