Randi is AMAZING! Actually, that's an understatement. My partner and I were a first-time home buyers dipping our ice cold little toes into this red hot market, and in this situation, Randi was a lifesaver. She was available almost at the drop of a hat, and even at ridiculous hours of the morning or night. She never took more than an hour to answer any need, no matter the request or the time. Randi guided us through this daunting and confusing process with patience, kindness, and expertise. She's an expert in her field, and her professionalism cannot be overstated. Whatever we needed, whatever we had questions on, she had answers, resources, tools, or people who could help. It genuinely felt like we received the definition of "white glove" service from her. On top of ALL of that, she was a joy to work with. She kept track of our wants, our needs, and our lifestyle, and worked all of that into finding us the perfect home. I never had to remind her of anything about us or our preferences, and she gave us honest, no-nonsense thoughts and opinions about pretty much everything, which was so helpful in decision-making, (because, as I said, my feet were ICE cold!). Moreover, when our seller was being difficult/hard to work with, she went to bat for us and got us an awesome deal on a house we're in love with. Basically... -If you're a first-time buyer and home ownership intimidates you; -If you think you "can't" find the right home; -If you're confused by, or new to the process of buying a home and want someone who will work with you and also fight for you...
