That is saying a lot considering I have bought and sold four homes in the last six years and worked with many agents before meeting Randy. If you are looking for an agent that is far more invested in making your dreams a reality than they are in their own personal gains Randy is your man. He worked with us both on selling our home and buying a piece of land. I will speak to both. In listing our home his market analysis was more thorough than any other I have ever seen. In fact, his knowledge and expertise on the market and our home was so precise he produced 17 showings in 2 days, go us 3 offers (all above asking), and in the end, we accepted an offer well above asking and closed in 3 weeks.
