Randy Sullivan did a great job with the sale of our home and was very helpful on other property research we were doing on investment property. I would highly recommend Randy for any of your realtor needs.

Randy Sullivan was fantastic in the sale of our home and also the purchase of our new home. We had tight timelines with a contingent offer and Randy was always on the ball in making sure documents were signed and distributed efficiently and quickly. Randy also was very patient in our search for a home and always made time available to meet and look at properties without ANY pressure, ever. If you want an agent that holds your hand and tries to make decisions for you, Randy is not for you. He is great at advising and looking at all angles but will never push you into anything or pressure a decision from you.

Randy Sullivan was the best realtor I ever worked with. He answered all my calls and concerns. He did an ABCD ( Above and Beyond the Call of Duty)

Made me feel comfortable the minute he walked through the door. He went beyond what one would expect of a realtor. Will recommend him highly

Mr. Sullivan, Was very trust worthy and went beyond in finding short plat info and other needed property paper work {septic permit} and such. Randy is a asset to Century21 and is what all Realtors should strive to be. Thank You Again Mr. Sullivan for everything. Bill Serl.

We had dealt with Randy previously so we knew that he puts 100 percent into his work. He is excellent at returning calls and keeping us informed at what is going on. Randy shows a great amount of integrity in his work. He is highly knowledgeable and respectful. We highly recommend Randy Sullivan.

Randy was the epitome of professionalism. He was available when we needed him. He was not pushy. He did the research necessary to inform us about any home we were thinking about purchasing. He was always available to answer any questions we had along the way. Houses were selling so fast as soon as we saw a house we wanted to look at he was right on it to get us an appointment to look at the house. Through this whole process Randy felt like family. He was helping us to buy the house we wanted. He was not concerned about a quick sale & commission. He is by far the best realtor we have ever had to deal with. We could go on and on. Larry & Cindy Ward

Since I know nothing about real estate transactions, it was important to me to choose someone who I felt had my best interest in mind and would patiently walk me through the entire process. Randy was great in every way and I would not hesitate to recommend him if the opportunity presented itself.

Randy is absolutely amazing and made this process so easy for us. He came to our home to sign the offer and explain everything to us! Being first time home buyers was a bit intimidating but he made it so easy and I had minimal stress! He scheduled EVERYTHING that needed done to satisfy the lender! We will never use another agent!!

Randy was great! He made a lot of extra money for us. Wow! This is the second transaction he has handled for us and both have been top flight all the way.
