I had to get out of town and put a house on the market, I met with Ray and Terri, listed the house and gave them the keys. They helped me with a few tasks and I went overseas. They had the contacts to do the work that needed to be done. The rest was handled online, including the closing. The house sold quickly and for a favorable price. I was kept informed during the whole process and used WhatsApp for phone and messages. I felt comfortable being overseas with a vacant house on the market because I knew they were looking after it.

My experience with Ray was excellent. From the start, he understood the task to get through a few challenges and work quickly to the finish line. His prompt communication, follow up and check-ins made sure all expectations from the start were met. He represented his client with integrity and it was a great match.
