Ray Suganuma impressed me from the start with his thoroughly considered, creative, multi-pronged approach to targeting different populations of prospective buyers. My sister, who was helping me prepare to move to the Mainland, also was delighted by his strategic planning. As we worked with him, we both found Ray to be very knowledgeable and a man of integrity. I have never ranked anything or anybody as "excellent" in every category offered before, but Ray is truly outstanding with regard to his personality (politeness, friendliness, trustworthiness, etc.). He works tirelessly, as evidenced by the time-stamp on many of his emails and receipts of his texts. He goes WAY above and beyond in terms of helping a busy/clueless homeowner like myself prepare the property for optimal showing ... I could go on, but suffice to say that I would be delighted to have Ray represent me again in a real estate matter -- I hope he's available when I return to Hawaii to live!
