Raymond Stendall

Ray worked with me for nearly three years while dealing with an ancillary probate property that had to clear the California court system first. When that was finally resolved, Ray was my boots on the ground as I live in Anchorage AK. He handled getting the condo ready for sale which included hiring contractors to empty, clean, and paint the unit in order to make it sellable. Once ready , we got a full price offer the same day it was listed! Ray was always available when I had questions and was able to offer great advice as needed. He always made sure that I was in the loop during any business negotiations. I highly recommend Ray Stendall as a realtor and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again if needed.

I have sold a number of houses in my time, and Ray is the first one ever to present such a complete package of what we have and where its possible market value is. He was providing weekly updates as to its position within the market. It turns out the offers we received were lower than we expected. He had data to support their claims. Not what I wanted to see, but it was reality at the time. We ultimately chose a middle-of-the-road offer due to their ability to complete the deal. I shared our financial details with Ray so he could run the numbers to determine our actual cash receipt. Once again, I have never seen an agent with such a complete and detailed proposal for our property sale. I will definitely use Ray again in future Real Estate transactions. He has everybody's best interest at heart.
