Rebecca Kelley

Becca was very helpful throughout both our selling and buying process and handled the everything with exceptional professionalism and organization. She was especially helpful with our selling plan, which included full vacant staging with Form & Function Staging as well as navigating a sale following a failed Title V and new septic install. We would highly recommend Becca!

Working with Rebecca Kelley was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer my questions. She took the time to understand my needs and guided me through every step of the home-buying process, especially when unexpected title and easement issues arose. Rebecca consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled correctly and kept me informed throughout the process. Her dedication, expertise, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I highly recommend Rebecca to anyone looking for a trustworthy and exceptional real estate professional. Oscar Antoon Kayrouh Groton MA

Rebecca was an incredible agent to us - both in buying our new house and in selling our old one. She was an excellent thought-partner, helping us to effectively negotiate and frame our approach to creating a strong offer for our new home, supporting us in identifying partners for legal and moving services, and providing structure to our decisions in how to navigate the sale of our old house. This included pricing, timing to market, number of open houses, whether to set a deadline for offers. On pricing, she came with data-backed guidance and helped us examine different tradeoffs. She also sourced additional inputs to help inform our approach. She also went above and beyond, helping us donate a large volume of items, organizing staging, advising on what quick face-lift projects would be the best use of our time. She was always available, always calm even through the most stressful phases, and always a dedicated partner. We thank her for two excellent outcomes!
