Last month, I asked someone (who is in the real estate business) for the name of the best realtor at Gary Green. I was referred to Rebecca Nelson. After work one evening, I called to introduced myself. She agreed to meet me immediately that evening. She came prepared with a market analysis and wowed us with her market knowledge and professionalism. She staged the empty home (as part of her services) and hosted an open house immediately after we listed the property. The next day we had 2 offers (at or above the list price). We closed on the sale the same month. We've sold several homes in the past and have never had someone offer to do complementary staging. It allowed us to get full value for our home.
