Rebecca handled herself very well, and clearly had the knowledge and approach that I felt would be important in the sale of my home. My home ended up being a hard sell. (Still not sure why, given the positive feedback of both agents and prospective buyers.) Rebecca never gave any indication that this situation was impacting the effort she put into the process. In the end, I put her into a tough situation by refusing to budge on some ridiculous demands made by the buyers. She stood tough through these difficult discussions that could have seen the sale fall apart; and she represented me well... A true professional! There are clear reasons why this agency accounts for so many of the sales within Gleannloch Farms.
