Rebecca Smyth

We give Rebecca Smyth 5 Stars!! She worked hard to help us find exactly what we were looking for! We recently relocated to Colorado from Illinois to be closer to our family, and wanted to downsize into a condo or townhouse and had some specific needs. Rebecca's expertise in the real estate business made the journey easy. She was prompt in communicating with us throughout the whole buying process and informed us about any developments. We truly feel we had the best realtor guiding us through the process making sure we got the home we wanted and ensuring we got the best deal on our home. She is definitely a person who cares!!

From the start to finish Rebecca Smyth was more than willing to help in any way she could. She came and took pictures, marketed the property with total professionalism and was very attentive to all our needs. We reached out to her several times and she always responded within a timely manner and gave great suggestions. I would absolutely recommend Rebecca Smyth to help sell any property in the county. If she does not know the answer she will research it and find the correct answer to answer any questions. Rebecca Smyth was a pleasure to work with and I am very happy I reached out to her for our property.
