Working with Regla Rosario on the sale of my Home was a blessing Ms Rosario understood our goals and she made it come true Ms Rosario is an exceptional person I have and will continue to recommend Ms Rosario to others

Regla Rosario was very professional throughout the process and was always available to respond to any concerns and questions she constantly communicated and informed me of the status on our new Home Regla Rosario worked with her heart and soul none stop until the closing date I will for always be grateful to Regla Rosario for her Kindness, Compation and Proffesionalism Thank You Regla Rosario !

Regla was the one who helped us get the house back in 2019 and she was the one who helped us get it sold in record time. She treats us like family, communicated about everything that was going on, and was our eyes and ears even though we were located miles away. When one of our friends told us that it is going to be difficult selling a house in Florida, saying that one of their neighbors has not sold their house yet in 6 months, we knew Regla will pull through. I was amazed that she only did an open house twice, got a buyer lined up on the first one in just 12 days since it listed. We are forever thankful that we crossed paths with Regla and experienced her expertise through the cycle of a real estate transaction. We will definitely recommend her to family and friends.

I can't say enough about how incredible Regla has been throughout my real estate journey. From start to finish, she was always on time, fully prepared, and consistently going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Regla’s dedication truly sets her apart. Whether it was answering late-night questions, coordinating every little detail, or offering thoughtful advice at just the right moment, she was always one step ahead. I never felt like "just another client"—Regla treated my goals as her own and made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. Regla is reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. I'm so grateful for her hard work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Regla was very friendly, professional, and patient. I needed a lot of explaining and help with certain parts of the process. She never hesitated to answer her phone and help me out. Amazing service and I would definitely recommend her to everyone I know.
