I truly cannot say enough good things about Renee she truly knows what she’s doing. My husband and I were interested in a home built in the 1920s which needed a lot of work and wouldn’t qualify for a typical VA loan. Renee put us in touch with a phenomenal lender who was able to help us secure a VA Reno Loan. This was an incredibly complicated process which required us to find a contractor who would be willing to work with us and our lender to help write up an estimate on repairs. Renee was quick to make calls and find us a contractor and help fill out the necessary(complicated) paperwork to keep the process moving along. There were a lot of bumps in the road during escrow but Renee was there every step of the way to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. She was truly there for us, had our best interests in mind, advised us accordingly on the actions we should take and all around is just such a phenomenal Realtor.
