Renee is amazing! I worked with her to buy my home and she made the whole process so easy! I knew when I was going to sell my home that she would be the only person I would consider. When I am in the market to buy another house, she will be my go to!

Renee Dunkel puts the real in real estate. We looked at over a dozen houses and she helped me find the right one. She cares about the client's experience and spends the time to research the house in advance so she can talk the client through the house during the walk-through. I was so impressed with Renee. She is an 11/10 in my book. When I felt bad about missing an opportunity on a house I liked, Renee pulled me aside and said that I'll forget all about that house when I sat down at the closing of a house that I love. I didn't forget about that house...but only because I question now why I would ever have wanted it now that Renee found the perfect house for me. Renee and her team as so easy to work with and fun too. We laughed, pondered some interesting architecture/design choices, and developed a sense of trust that is sometimes hard to find in the real estate industry. I'm so glad a friend recommended Renee to me. I can't imagine finding my new home without her. Renee...you rock!

My agent was Renee, she was very knowledgeable of the current market trends. She was very helpful and straight forward with me. She is a professional in every aspect of the real estate business. She would respond quickly if I sent her a text message or called her. She never gave up & were very much in our corner. Top notch customer service! Would definitely use Century 21 in the future and have Renee as our agent.

Renee has worked with our relocation company before and had outstanding reviews from coworkers. Renee was friendly, knowledgeable, and someone who gained my trust immediately. She listened to what I wanted and showed me houses that fit my needs. I had completed confidence in Renee. My lender has some issues and Renee was able to explain the term of the contract to him. Without her expertise, my loan could have been denied due to the lenders inexperience. During my walk thru she was very detailed and pointed out area that needed attention that I may have missed. I ALWAYS felt like she had my best interest in mind throughout the entire process.

Renee went above and beyond for us. She was very patient and understanding when things were confusing for us and always readily available whenever we had questions. I would and will highly recommend her to others when shopping for a new home or selling their current property. She was great to work with and we were completely satisfied with the overall experience! I would give her a 10 out of 10 for overall satisfaction!

I wouldn't recommend anyone but Renee to work with when finding your perfect new home. She is always available to patiently show you houses until you find that perfect home. She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Renee is truly a step above. She's knowledgeable, accessable and a true asset when it comes to selling or buying a house ❤️

Renee Dunkel is a top-notch agent. She is easy to communicate with. She was patient, understanding, and helpful during a long search for our new home. She is incredibly friendly, but is not a push-over. She helped us aggressively negotiate to get a great deal on our home.
