I found a website that rated companies in the area and Quinn and Wilson was very highly rated, so we stopped in and Renee waited on us. We were impressed with her knowledge and we liked her immediately, so we felt we were where we needed to be. Renee made the whole experience of selling a house of 30 years and down sizing to a condo as easy as it could be--couldn't have done it without her. Renee was very diligent about showing us many comps of houses in the area so we could decide on a price that was high enough without over pricing it. She was so on top of things that we found the PERFECT condo to rent and our house sold in one day for full price. There were a number of problems we encountered a long the way, and she would just say "don't worry about it. I'll take care of it" and always did. She was incredible and we love her to death.

Renee was there for me every step of the way. From when I didn’t know what type of home I wanted to buy, all the way to signing the closing papers. I couldn’t have survived this process without her.
