Reva , you were very helpful and realized exactly what I was looking for. After viewing four houses I decided on the fifth one and the sale went smooth. You never ran out of patients with me and I could not have had a better experience. Thank you Reva for all your help.

Reva Cotten is a first rate professional. She is easy to work with, ethical, follows through on commitments and does the work needed to complete the sale.

Reva made my purchasing of land for my first time very smooth.

Grateful to have her represent us!

We can't say enough about how amazing this lady is. Very down home and understanding with where we were financially. We felt the sincerity and a display of integrity that told us she understands because she's been there. Us being very skeptical, we never felt like she was just trying to make a buck. She was there for us, and staying on top of everything to the end to make sure we were getting the best deal. I highly recommend her...and her husband is a cool good old boy too. Thank you so much Reva. We love you!

Our experience with Reva exceeded all of our expectations. She goes the extra mile to find what YOU are looking for. She is never pushy or leading, she listens and has a great working knowledge of the real estate market and sales trends in the area. We were not her biggest sale but she never treated us like we were another less than a million dollar customer. She was always willing to answer all of our crazy questions and go look at all different types of properties until we found what worked for us. We love Reva and would strongly recommend her to friends and family looking to buy or sell. Thank you Reva you have been a true blessing!
