Rich spent a good bit of time walking and marking (with survey tape) the property with me and prospective buyers so that he was comfortable knowing the boundaries. Rich also handled all business in Llano (survey, coordinating with buyers on a well, title insurance) so that I didn't have to worry about a thing. The closing went quickly and smoothly.
