Richa has been greatly helpful in finding me the house exactly how I wanted. I am more than satisfied with her services. She has worked consistently with me helping and educating me as I am the first time buyer. She has been extremely helpful in clearing all doubts and confusions regarding property purchase and I will definitely recommend her to my friends. I am grateful for all the help and support she provided me throughout the process of buying this new house. Thanks I am quite happy and satisfied with this purchase. Thank you Richa for all your hard work. This wouldn’t have been possible without you. Richa has been educating us about many nuances involved in purchasing a new house. I was a little nervous starting this new venture but with her help everything looked so smooth and I have enjoyed each process. For me Richa Tyagi has been the face of Rector Hayden so a big Thank You

Richa was there for us at every hour and was always a phone call away. In fact sometimes we missed to see few emails but she would call us and ask us to go through the finer aspects to make sure that we understand everything. She was very professional in her dealings. As first time buyers we were unsure about everything but she was very patient with us and most importantly understood our view point and guided us through the entire process. Excellent experience with Richa and she came across as a very knowledgeable sales person.

Richa was great at showing multiple places that fit our wants and needs. She took care of the behind-the-scenes stuff and always was available promptly for any questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent for our first house!
