Richard Berry

As a professional in Quality Control and Analytics, I entered the home-buying process with a high bar for accuracy and strategy. Richard Berry at Gary Greene exceeded every expectation. His 20 years of local Cypress expertise were invaluable in navigating the 77433 market. Richard is a master negotiator. He helped us secure a purchase price below valuation and successfully negotiate substantial seller credits, significantly lowering our out-of-pocket costs. He transformed a complex transaction into a streamlined, manageable project. What sets Richard apart is his proactive 'client-first' mindset. He caught details others might miss and fought to ensure our financial goals were met. If you want a realtor who combines deep local roots with elite negotiation skills to deliver a genuine financial win, Richard Berry is the person you want in your corner. We couldn't be happier with our new home or the process that got us here!

I’m so thankful to have had her by my side during this process. She was not only very helpful but also genuinely caring and understanding. She made something that could have been stressful feel much easier and always made me feel supported.”

Richard Berry has been our agent of choice for years now. We just completed our 3rd transaction with him and will be listing our old home as well. He is always readily available, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His low-key, low-pressure approach keeps every interaction stress free. We look forward to working with him and his team again. We feel through the years, we've gained not only a great agent, but a good friend as well. Thank you, Richard!
