Richard Biehl

Richard Biehl was very knowledgeable. He was also persuasive in a good way - getting our home builder to give us extra incentives. He helped us through bad times with our lender, and was always there when we needed him. Great customer service skills. Thanks Rick!

I was a first time home buyer and a single mother to a 7 year old boy. Richard Biehl not only thought about my needs and wants but also thought about my sons and getting us into a house that we would be happy in. He was very understanding and patient with me. I had alot of question and he explained things very well to me. Richard Biehl was more worried about getting me into the perfect house in my price rang and not about how mich money he got in his pocket. I would recommend Richard Biehl to any of my family members and friends. Thank you for all you did for me and my son.

I highly recommend Richard Biehl. He is honest, trustworthy and we had quick contract within 4 days and closed within 3 weeks. He made sure everything went smoothly.
