Richard was great to work with. This process was so easy.

We were thinking of relocating to NC,but we were a little leary about dealing with unknown people. Richard made us feel at ease and made us a priority. He made sure he was available for us when we went to NC and not only showed us houses but the different counties around where we were looking to make sure we picked the one that suited us. He got us the right people for the inspections and went beyond after we closed making sure everything was in order. If you are looking for a real estate agent - THIS IS THE ONE TO GET!

Richard helps his clients find homes, not houses!!! I couldn't be more overjoyed in this beautiful home he found for us!!!! Thanks again Richard!!!

I believe Richard went above and beyond for me. Initially I told him I probably wouldn't be buying for about a year from now and he still spent at least seven or eight hours with me one day alone driving me and my daughter from here to Timbuktu to make sure I was aware of the towns in the area. Once I settled on New Bern we went full force on looking at homes. Richard asked me a lot of questions on what I did and did not want in a home. This way he didn't waste our time on things he knew I wouldn't be interested in buying. Also, I would like to mention that Richard has a method for keeping track of my favorites...his method really worked for me. Richard was very clear and detailed with information he gave me. He also noticed if I wasn't understanding something 100%. The he explained it another way. Joyce

Richard was fantastic to work with! He was always available when I needed him. I have a busy work schedule, so I would randomly ask him to view a house that very day, and somehow he always made it happen. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He even helped me during the moving process and afterwards. I appreciate him going above and beyond every step in this process. Richard made this entire process very easy for me, especially since everything was electronic and easily accessible. Again, I enjoyed working with Richard throughout this entire process and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. If I buy another house in the future, I would definitely consider choosing Richard again. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable about everything, always available, and so helpful and friendly.

After taking over our listing, Richard House was able to close the deal on a house we had for sale for over 4 years. He was attentive and communicative through the entire process and we enjoyed working with him.

We went through 3 realtors to purchase our house and were very stresses about finding someone we could trust to help us sell our home. We went through several recommendations and chose Richard House. We are extremely pleased with Richard House. He was always easy to reach and kept in great contact with us as we moved out of state. When we discussed options he was always honest with us and usually confirmed our thoughts and/or concerns. We feel Richard House really listened to what we wanted and needed regarding the sale of our house. He kept everything realistic and when we were traveling due to birth of grandbaby and then another child in another state surgery, back to back during the time of the closing of the house (and dealing with time differences) everything seemed to progress smoothly - even though the home Inspection brought up some issues. He handled everything in a way that made it all seem effortless. We are very happy with the services provided and will gladly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I was directed to Richard by Quicken Loans. As soon as I got my pre-qualification they set about the process of hooking me up with an agent. I really enjoyed working with Richard. I'd never bought a home and was ignorant and apprehensive about the process. He made the steps seem simple and guided me through the process of making offers and negotiating. He took my wants and needs into consideration. He booked a showing at every listing I sent him and let me decide for myself what worked and what didn't, and once I selected a home he did his very best to get me in it for a price I was okay with. I would recommend Richard to my friends. He worked around my busy schedule and has checked in with me several times since I've moved in. Thank you so much!
