My husband and I are so very grateful for both Richard and Selina House. In our opinion, they are the best possible brokers. They surpassed our expectations and went as far as helping a couple of people with specific needs relocate from @NYC to NC, without a hitch and we found the home of our dreams. All aspects of the purchase of our new home were met professionally and effortlessly. The Houses were there for us every step of the way, during the peak of the #cv pandemic lockdown. Their services were not only prompt, courteous, and top-notch, they added such a warm welcoming touch to our home buying experience. They were always so pleasant and always there for us every step of the way. The left no stone unturned. We are forever grateful to the Houses. They made our Xmas 2020 dreams a reality. Thank you so much, best wishes, Paul and Tanni De Felice the New New Bernians!! Merry Xmas and Happy New Year!! :))

Absolute professionalism and expirers in their field.

Richard was very easy to commuincate with and went over the whole process <this was our first house we brought> He was easy to schedule and was very helpful with the closing process

I could not have asked for a better realtor than Richard. He went above and beyond. Being out of state, selling our property could have been extremely difficult, but he made the process very smooth for us.

I am very glad that we heard about Selena and Richard. We had a good experience working with them and if we were still living in the area, would have no hesitation in recommending them. Selena kept us informed and was constructive on how we could improve the appearance of our house for selling. Richard demonstrated a wealth of real estate knowledge and I think they are a great team.

Richard is very knowable in the sales process of selling a home. He made the process very simple to follow and was on top of everything, I from out first meeting that Richard was a person of his word and I had full confidence in him. Richard did not disappoint me and anyway. Always return phone calls and emails promptly and I would not hesitate to use Richard again as a relator
