Rick McDowell & Jimmy McDowell

Rick McDowell and associates were an absolute godsend. RIck in particular was extemely knowledgeable and experienced. Ours was an incredibly complicated case, and we weren't very familiar with the greater Portland area. Hearing Rick's cheery, upbeat voice always lifted our spirits when things seemed in doubt or in danger of unraveling. He navigated us through the pricing, staging, marketing, and sale of our property. He worked tirelessly and with great patience to coordinate with buyers, their agents, the title company, and our lawyers. His advice was always sound and spot on. We can't say enough good things about Rick and his people. We recommend him with the utmost enthusiasm, and feel blessed to have found him. WIthout a doubt, Rick is the finest realtor we have ever worked with.

I consider Jimmy a gift. He was so helpful and sensitive. Moving from a long time home is very difficult, heart wrenching, actually, and Jimmy handled the rollercoater of emotions with ease. I would recommend him to anyone. You cannot lose in anyway with Jimmy representing you

As a testimony to how much we enjoy working with Jimmy, Rick, and their team, they were the ones who helped us find and buy the house years ago that we just sold. If we didn't move out of the country this time, we would have continued to use them for any real estate needs moving forward and I cannot recommend them highly enough. With us having moved to another country while our house was being sold, the fact that Jimmy and team took care of everything on the ground over there while we were in Europe was such a relief. They coordinated inspections, repairs, contractors, photos, and so much more. Going above and beyond doesn't describe it well enough. If you have a real estate need, these are your people. They have good ethics and are patient, trustworthy, and professional.
