Richard Phelps was very professional. He didn't beat around the bush and gave me every bit of detail in a direct manner. Such as pricing of the house, offers made, things needing to be done as requested by the buyers and so forth. Richard Phelps work was done with extreme diligence, was able to have accurate inspections completed on the septic. Worked well with those who were working on my behalf due to my absence and being overseas.
