We really enjoyed working with Richard Phelps. This was our first home so we had many questions, and things we may have overlooked if it wasn’t for His help. Richard made everything so easy for us. He was very informative, knowledgeable, trustworthy, quick to show any houses we had interest in, and all around a very great guy. I would highly recommend him to anyone he is a wonderful realtor.

Dick Phelps checks all the boxes, excellent guy to work with. We would and we have recommended him to family and friends.

Dick is willing to think out of the box . Hasn't got that mental block like most realtors in Bemidji . MN. Will try to get a fare price for seller he is representing . Most realtors in Bemidji try to list property to cheap, so they can fill there own pockets and get a quick sale ! Very cold this morning , Ran in to a realtor , First time , I seen a realtor with his hands in his own pockets !! Very satisfied working with Richard Phelps ! Thank You
