Dick was very honest and straight forward with all information which is what I really appreciated. He was very helpful, knowledgable and made things easy for us. She was friendly and explained everything that was going to happen.

Dick is extremely professional and thorough. If he wouldn't have stepped up to the plate and ensured the "other" realtor had my paperwork for closing completed.....the closing would "not" have happened on time. I know he has better things to do; but he could be a full time mentor for the other realtors in his office and multiple listing service.
