Mr. Reid walked me through the whole process with his team, and the journey was just smooth and stress free. Thank you.

Richard was very helpful very understanding one of the best realtors I have ever worked with

Mr Richard Reid was very patient with me. He was readily available and always checked on my progress to purchase a home. When the time came to move forward, he quickly guide me through the process. I am grateful that he was my Realtor!

Richard was amazing

Nathan: Richard is a fantastic realtor. The amount of effort and work that was put into our home's purchase; let's just say I'm not sure I would have done as good a job as he did for the paltry sum he received as his commission. If I could give the man 6/5 stars I would, and I intend to refer him whenever I get the opportunity. Sherri: We toured tens of homes before finally settling on this one. Richard went above and beyond in his correspondence with both us and the seller's realtor. He kept us informed every step of the way and has even got us in contact with some of the best professionals in town for the handful of issues that have cropped up after the purchase.

Smooth, easy, and quick. Met my needs. Always available and purchase worked in everyone's favor
