Richie is top notch. Knows the area and is very knowledgable. Darn good negotiator. Pleasure to work with.

Richie Tipton, did a great job of setting a great price for my property, and was very helpful in communicating the whole process. It was a pleasure to work with Richie.

We had a fantastic experience working with Richie! From start to finish, he was transparent, trustworthy, and always willing to help. Every home selling process is unique, but our situation was definitely not straightforward. Richie was able to work with us and get a home sold in rapid time. If you’re looking to buy or sell a home, I would highly recommend Richie. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for his clients truly set him apart.

Selling a home is a big step and a stressful one. Richie was available to answer all of our questions. He knew we were working in a tight budget and was able to price our home well. Our home sold in less than a week with multiple offers. His experience in sales and outgoing personality helped drive the sale. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Richie did an excellent job we could not have asked for a better real estate agent. He made it quick and painless communicated with us regularly and helped us in every step along the way. We would recommend Richie as a real estate agent to anyone.

I was referred to Richie by my coworker who happens to be his sister. I was absolutely pleasantly surprised to find out how he went above and beyond the mark in order to make this a great experience. This was my first time seriously looking at a home for myself, and I was nervous going into it as I wasn't sure what to expect. Richie helped guide me through the process, set expectations for the houses I viewed, and teach me along the way. He was very accommodating for my schedule and was very easy to contact and communicate with. I will absolutely recommend him to my friends and family moving forward!

Richie has been and is amazing he has helped us so much on our home buying process. Richie is dedicated and on the ball! If you're moving to the Kirksville area choose Richie Tipton with Century 21 and he will take care of you and your family's needs.

Selling a house isn't easy. I wanted someone I could trust who would do the best he/she could to find an appropriate buyer for my property. I think Richie Tipton went above and beyond to be accessible and helpful. He communicated clearly with me and was confident about solving problems. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience working with him. Century 21 was very helpful in taking care of everything, including the contracts and final paperwork. I never had to worry about the performance of this office because it has a stellar reputation. I would highly recommend Richie Tipton and Century 21 to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

I believe I've summed all my comments up above. Thank you!
