Rick is very connected too the market and the network of other agents and brokers. He is always available for any action in either buying or selling of property. House sold in one day above asking price. Another great job by Rick and his team.

Rick was an amazing person to work with. He truly cared about my family and wanted to ensure we found the perfect home!

Rick was very understandable and flexible with working with us and the schedule that comes with having small children and was always ready and available if you had any questions or concerns wether it's by email or phone call. Would highly recommend him to others.

Rick Bowers was a phenomenal agent for a first-time home buyer like myself.

I would strongly recommend Rick Bowers and his team for any home purchase. They went above and beyond to meet deadlines and accommodate our desires for features in a home purchase. You will be greatly satisfied with their service.

Have had multiple successful transactions with Rick Bowers. I believe this was the seventh sale or purchase we have had with Rick. He cares very much about selling your property for the best possible terms. I was especially impressed with the research he did on the area, consulting with other agents who work with Plaza area condos.
