Overall, it was a great experience having Rick Buncick as our realtor. He was realistic with what we were able to afford and tried his best to find what we were looking for. He always was there to share information on any property we had interest in and was quick to get us into the homes so we could find something we liked! He was extremely friendly and flexible and super helpful every moment throughout the process! We were thrilled with the attention to detail and price negotiation! Being first time home buyers, he always checked for certain things in the home when we went for showings and explained anything we were not aware of by answering our questions. He was also very aware of best ways to submit offers to benefit us! He was incredible! Always there to answer questions and provide feedback, advice or suggestions about the homes we were interested in. We would highly recommend Rick to anybody looking for a home!
