We had tried to sell our house with another broker at Century 21 Realty Group and met Rick Potter at that time. The market wasn't good at the time so when we were ready to sell again, we remembered Rick and how much we liked him. We didn't think of anyone else. He even met the cleaning lady we hired after closing and let her in and then locked the house after. We had already left the state.
