Rick Potter was an outstanding agent. We kept hitting road block after road block and Rick hung right in there with us. He never gave up on us even though our criteria shifted as the hunt went on.

If you are looking for an agent/group that is friendly and extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with, this is your place! Always made time to work with my busy schedule and answered all of my questions in a timely manner

Rick has a fantastic reputation for fighting for his clients, and this is exactly what we needed for the home we were selling. We knew he could find the right buyer, negotiate the deal respectfully, and use his personality to put the buyers and sellers at ease during the process. Rick was able to sell our home without advertising. He had the right buyer in mind immediately. The process was smooth, stress free, and Rick kept us all smiling! It was definitely a win-win! We will ALWAYS use Rick as our go-to real estate agent! He was easy to talk to, patient, and understanding of our situation. He continued to allow us to have control of the decisions, while using his knowledge and experience to guide us respectfully. We've been extremely satisfied with Rick and the Century 21 team. The entire process from finding the buyer to the closing table was easy, stress free, and Rick actually made the process FUN!

Rick Potter was very helpful and he was right there when you needed him very informed on every thing if I ever buy anything I will be sure to call Rick Potter at Century21 again. thank you for your help will use him again thank you no complains thank you Rick Potter

Rick has always gone above our expectations, he is a pleasure to deal with. He was quick to come to our home and get it on the market. He was knowledgeable about our area and the market. I would recommend Rick to anyone who is looking to sell or buy their home, he would always keep in contact with us through the process. When we had any questions he would be available to answer them. He makes you feel you are his only client. All what I can say is we are so very happy with Rick. He has been the best Realtor we have ever dealt with.

This was my first home purchase but I dont know how it could have been better! Rick was super quick with everything, not pushy at all. I told him what I was looking for and he found exactly what I wanted. I've recommended him to 4 other people that are wanting to purchase soon, I've spoke nothing but great of him!
