Rick went the extra mile always for our family during this purchase, making sure everything from inspection to closing went smoothly. We viewed many properties and Rick was always patient, nice, friendly and helpful in finding our dream TN property. He is an amazing realtor. They don't come any better. Rick Potter was recommended by a family member that had used Rick in the past. Rick did an outstanding job for them. I was using another broker in the area and was very dissatisfied with them. Had actually started with another realty agency. I was doing all the work and I was made to feel at times as though I was inconvienencing the agent. This agent had been a realtor for more than 44 years. The agent was supposed to get back with me on a property that I called about on a Saturday afternoon at 11:30, still waiting to hear back from them. Lol It was wonderful. I am still working with Rick Potter to get our previous home sold.
