Ricky did a great job of scheduling everything. He was always able to make room in his busy schedule for us. We really appreciated that.

Rick did a great job selling my parent's property. The property was not in the best condition when we met with Rick but he was able to evaluate the property and give us a value of the property which we felt was fair for the area market.

Rick was very realistic he didn't put on much of a show by that I mean wasn't flashy or acting like a celebrity or something like other agents I had spoken with he was honest and gave his opinions and just really sold himself by being true to who he is. This was Rick and I first time dealing with hud so it was a learning experince for the both of us. He didn't know all of the ins and outs but anything he didn't know he would quickly find answers to.
