Just and overall great first time home buying experience with Rishawn’s help. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our home and Rishawn’s guidance.

Rishawn was excellent from beginning to end. He responded and replied back to text and calls immediately. He made sure to break down and fully explain anything you had concerns with. He wasn’t looking for just his commission. He made sure we bought a property that was in a good condition and well maintained. He had a lot of patience !

Rishawn was always available, and responded quickly any time we reached out. He was patient and more than understanding throughout the process. We needed someone who would walk us through the process, and be in our corner. Rishawn was that and more. Was willing to show us any and everything we wanted to see, and made the process stress free. I’d recommend him to anyone I know that needs a realtor. 5 star person and service.

Rishawn was the best! He was the most relatable, funny, and friendliest realtor I could’ve asked for! He made the process seamless and he also made the process fun. As a first time homebuyer, I was so excited to have Rishawn on my team. I would recommend him to anyone! I can’t wait to purchase my next home with him.

Rishawn was professional, understanding, on top of things, explained everything me and my hubby had no knowledge about, easy going and knew his stuff. He made it feel easy and not stressful. The man was everything. I can't say enough about him. First time working with this actual company and I was more than happy with my experience.

I selected my broker due to his high rating online. I also wanted to work with someone who I could relate to. I was happy with my selection. He is responsive, and reliable. I relocated to another state, and left my home in good hands.

Rishawn made the entire process extremely easy and when I needed help with the lender he assisted with that and was able to help me when the lender did not keep their word. He pretty much did everything, stayed on top of everything to ensure the deal went through in a timely fashion. I will most definitely continue to recommend him to others !
