I think Rob would be a great agent for anyone. He listens well and responds appropriately. He has great knowledge of the housing market and seems to have a good sense of current market conditions. He gives authentic feedback. He is able to critically look at houses and let you know what the positives and negatives are of the structure and location and will share when needed or requested. We never felt rushed when looking at houses. Rob set realistic schedules for us to look at houses which was very important since we flew in each time to look. We never felt pressured by Rob and he seemed fine to take as long as needed for us to find the right house for us. I highly recommend Rob Nelson.
