Robert handled some tough communication issues back and forth between the seller and us very well. Although one could argue that is the root of any agent's job, not all agents do it as well as Robert. We appreciated his honesty and input, even at times when he had to stay neutral. He never broke professional character and always tried to stay genuine to is word in the situations at hand, as things progressed. He even made some unnecessary, but very helpful, exceptions to help ease some stress of the inspection period that overall helped us get closer to a final decision.
