Robert is extremely personable and sincere. He has been both helpful and kind. Sometimes I would look at a property and be swept away by the charm. Robert had a gentle way of reminding me what I need in a next home. It has been a pleasure to work with him.

First of all, Robert is the kind of realtor you can count on not just for a single transaction, but for a long-term working relationship, and matching you with the right home for your circumstances. We've been talking to him for years about our evolving goals, and potential needs that may arise. (Work abroad, aging parents moving in, etc.) Then, specifically with the recent sale of our first home, Robert was an excellent guide throughout the process. He was involved from start to finish, from giving us advice on how to prep for listing, all the way to attending the closing with us in case anything came up at the end. We definitely feel that everything went as quickly and smoothly as it did in large part because of his work. He and his team responded promptly and communicated well at every step. He is friendly, honest, and knowledgable, and we look forward to working with him again in the future.

Our new home was not on the market. Robert did a letter writing campaign and targeted the homes we wanted. Based on how he interacted from there with the seller we had the opportunity to see it and make an offer before it came on the market. Negotiations were complicated but due to Robert's calm and rational demeanor he walked both parties through it to a successful conclusion. It was a rare find as these homes are highly sought out, thanks to Robert we are moving into our dream home.

Robert never let us down and helped w/ problems that were not directly his problem. Compared with the services of previous agents, Robert stands out as the best. He was also a really good listener and responded in kind.
