Due to seller living out of state, Robert was diligent with providing contracts and closing details via email to secure electronic signatures. He had three siblings that wanted to stay current on progress of house sale for their mother and Robert patiently returned calls and emails on all inquiries. Not sure exactly how the house sale was advertised with everyone living out of state, but contracts came in first day on market. Happy with that!
