We cannot say enough good things about Robert, especially when it comes to patience. Our home buying process was long and extremely stressful seeing as we saw 30+ houses and were under contract three times. He stayed patient with us and was always willing to do showings late into the evening to help us find what we wanted. Almost every showing was set-up same day, and he was always extremely responsive with great communication. Robert is very friendly, genuine, and has a very likeable personality that made it so easy to work with. We never felt like we were being 'sold' on a property, and he was always professional and understanding with our needs and concerns. As an added bonus, Robert's knowledge of the greater Cincinnati area is unmatched. He knows so much about every neighborhood, which was very valuable in deciding which areas to look in. Additionally, he has an extreme appreciation for and attention to detail. With a lot of homes nowadays being quick flips, he helped us uncover work done well, and where corners were cut. He was always looking out for our best interest, and it didn't take long for him to pick up on what we wanted as homebuyers, sometimes even before we knew it ourselves.
